Hello. My name is Vinny. I have been practicing yoga for over 6 years. I specialize in teaching Yoga for beginners. I’ve also been a language teacher for over 10 years. I’ve worked with hundreds of students in my lifetime. At this point, I’ve worked with every type of learner. I am a seasoned teacher and I know how to guide my students’ learning process.

I teach a Vinyasa flow style which is powerful but relaxing at the same time.

About me

I began my teaching career in Asia as an English teacher. Since then I have traveled to and lived in several different countries and studied a few languages including Thai, Japanese, and Spanish. After teaching and learning languages for over 10 years, I wanted to expand my knowledge into other areas. I remember sometime in 2016 reading an article online that said yoga and meditation could eliminate more than 50% of Americans’ health problems. This really intrigued me. I was already practicing meditation regularly but hadn’t had any experience with Yoga then. I originally decided to learn Yoga to help me sleep better but found the practice continued to provide many kinds of health benefits in my life. Having suffered from PTSD for many years, intense night terrors were quite regular for me. Yoga has helped me sleep better and greatly reduce many other symptoms like depression, anxiety, addictive tendencies and back pain.
