How Payment Works
All lessons must be paid in advance through the Acuity scheduling system on my website. You can purchase a lesson package to get a discounted rate. Lesson packages will expire after a certain number of days. It’s best to book all of your lessons in advance so you can reserve your preferred time.
Purchase a lesson package using the link that I have provided to you by email.
If you are not able to make a session, please request a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to do this and miss a session, the session will still be charged. I understand it takes some time to get used to your schedule so for the first month of tutoring I will be more lenient if you happen to miss a session. I will not charge if you miss one or two classes in the first month but after that, I will follow the 24-hour cancellation policy.
It is your responsibility to reschedule a session if you cannot make it. All you need to do is contact me, and we can set up a different time. If no contact is made, then it is charged as if we had the session. There are no exceptions to this.
Since I have a busy schedule with other students, it is really important to start and end on time. If you show up late, it usually will not be possible to make up that time.

My business works mostly on student reviews and referrals. If you are satisfied with your experience in my classes, please leave a review. If you happen to know someone looking to improve their English or Spanish please pass on my information.
